Dealers


Below is information for individuals and firms interested in obtaining a booth.

Booth reservations (form is available in .pdf format) are now being accepted The floor plan (available in .pdf format) has been laid out to accommodate approximately 80+ dealers and approximately 300 frames. This years exhibit includes 100 frames with Mexican related exhibits.

In addition to standard booths, a limited number of reduced rate dime stamp and dollar cover booths will be available. Booth costs, as shown on the floor plan, are significently less than our the summer show prices. Show dealers will be eligible for reduced rate advertising in the January and/or February issues of the American Philatelist as well as a discount on advertising in the show program.

Booth selection order for dealers from whom the $100 deposit and reservation form are received by October 8, 2010 will be based on priority points accumulated from our previous winter shows with summer show participation and APS number as tiebreakers. Booth requests received after October 8 will be added at the end of the priority list in order of receipt. Booth selection will be in late October with contracts being mailed out in early December and the balance of booth fees due by January 12.

Booth Prices


Booth prices are available here. Please note that the 10' x 10' booths will consist of tables and chairs. The standard corner booth will include three tables, seven chairs, identification sign and trash can. Center booths will include two tables and five chairs. Lockable cabinets, electric, telephone connections, booth carpet, and plexiglas will be available at cost.

Dime and Dollar Booths Special Note:
At dime booths all items must be sold for 10¢ or less (except mint U.S. stamps which may be sold at face value). At dollar booths covers must be sold for $1.00 or less and stamps for 10¢ or less. Bulk lots and collections may not be sold at these booths even if the average cost per items falls below these thresholds. Dime or dollar booths may be taken in addition to a regular booth or by themselves.
