APS Sales Division Circuit Request Form
APS Sales Division
100 Match Factory Place, Bellefonte, PA 16823
Phone: 814-933-3803 ext 228; Fax: 814-933-6128

Circuits of up to twenty books containing a maximum value of $4,000 net value will be sent to any member requesting them. Names will be added in order of receipt with up to ten names per circuit. Waiting lists are maintained for those circuits now filled.

We do not have exclusively Mint, Used, 19th or 20th Century categories except those we list below. No minimum purchase is required and circuits may be retained for a MAXIMUM of 7 days. If forwarded promptly, each circuit will complete its round in 6 to 15 weeks. A new circuit of the same category is not started until the previous circuit is returned to the Sales Division.

Each box on the form below represents an independent circuit category. If you are requesting circuits for the first time, we recommend that you do not check more than six (6) categories at one time. You may request more than six categories once you are familiar with how the process works and feel you can handle them comfortably.

Members outside the fifty United States and Puerto Rico write for details of E-circuits.

Check here if presently receiving circuits or awaiting them, based on a previous request.

Use the form below to place a request electronically to be added to circuits, or if you wish to request circuits by mail,
a .pdf request form is also available.
