is easily worth the modest membership fee -- especially considering
that membership also includes a subscription to The
American Philatelist, the society's 100 page monthly magazine.
APS
Membership is recognized by serious collectors and professional
dealers throughout the world. All members are bound by the Philatelic
Code of Ethics, and the APS seal and symbol are your guides
to identifying members of the Society.
It is the goal of the permanent
headquarters staff and volunteer committees of APS to make certain
that members receive the services and benefits promised to them,
and that every opportunity is given to members to increase their
personal enjoyment of stamp collecting.
Membership
Fees for the first year are pro-rated quarterly. A one-time
fee of $3.00 covers the processing costs for each applicant. Please
