Buying and Selling to Benefit YPLF
Sellers
looking to support YPLF through eBay’s Giving
Works can choose to have a portion (10–100%) of the proceeds
of their auctions benefit the YPLF. All items being sold on
behalf of the YPLF will appear on a dedicated
page for the
fellowship on Ebay.
Sellers who participate through eBay will be recognized
in APS publications including The American Philatelist.
In addition, the APS will produce direct marketing and advertising
of items for sale that benefit YLPF. All this will allow sellers
to promote their businesses while enjoying the satisfaction
of supporting the YPLF.
Step 1:
Go to "Sell" at the top of the www.ebay.com homepage
and on the drop down menu select "Sell an Item."
Step2: On the following page select "Start
Selling".
Step 3: Select the selling category that is most appropriate
for your listing then enter all important listing information
for your item: Title, description, image(s) price.
Step 4:
- Under eBay Giving Works, Click on “Select Another Nonprofit
You Love”

In the Nonprofit Search Field, type in American Philatelic
Society

When the APS name appears at the bottom, click
the “Select” button
Step 5: - Select the percentage
of the final listing amount you want to be donated to support
the YPLF.
