The art and science of expertizing is a challenging and sometimes daunting aspiration.  Qualified individuals may shy away from offering their experitise to APEX for a variety of reasons.  But as a member of the APS and a specialist collector or dealer in a particular country you can contribute to the benefit of collecting by applying your qualifications in the field of philatelic expertizing.    If you have the qualifications to identify stamps for authenticity, condition and alterations, we invite you to apply, especially if you specialize in the following areas:
