Marriott Hartford Downtown

The Marriott is located at Adriaen’s Landing, a new 30 acre riverside complex. The hotel is surrounded by downtown Hartford and is the center of a mix of convention, retail, cultural and entertainment activities. Our group rate for the show is $135.00 single/double plus 12% tax.

Holiday Inn Express

An additional block of rooms is available at the Holiday Inn Express, with free shuttle service to the Connecticut Convention Center. The group rate is $99.00 plus 12% tax. Reservations may be made by calling: 1-860-525-1000 and say "I want to book a hotel only rate."

The Bradley International Airport is approximately 14 miles from the hotel. Parking at the Holiday Inn is free. Make your reservations by Saturday July 12, 2008.

Homewood Suites by Hilton

The Homewood Suites by Hilton® Hartford, CT hotel is located in the center of Hartford, Connecticut and the Insurance District, with easy access to I-91 and I-84 interchanges. Holiday Inn Express

The Holiday Inn Express Hartford Hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the “Insurance Capital” and is easily accessed from Interstates I-91 and I-84. The hotel is located directly across from Bushnell Park and features views of the Capital Building. We are just steps away from downtown, the Civic Center, the Federal Building and we are only block away from Union Station.

The group rate is $99.00 (King or Double) plust 12% local tax and fees. Reservations may be made by calling 860-246-9900 and must be made by July 23, 2008. Parking is $13 per night. The Holiday Inn Express is on the Star Shuttle route.

Free downtown shuttle operates approximately every 12 minutes, Monday through Firday 7 a.m.-11 p.m. and Saturday 3 p.m.-11p.m.
