1.The
meeting was called to order by President Ken Grant at 4:01

2.President Ken Grant led the discussion of the
relocation of the Headsville Post Office to the American Philatelic
Center. Each member of the board had previously received supporting
data from CEO Peter Mastrangelo that outlined the plan, financial
estimates, and correspondence with the Smithsonian.
Dan
Walker moved and Charlie Peterson seconded that the Board of
Trustees approve expenditure of up to $350,000 for renovations
of space at the American Philatelic Center to house the Headsville
Post Office on loan from the Smithsonian
This motion passed unanimously.
