Corporate Matching Gift

Corporate matching gifts are a great way for members to maximize personal contributions to the APS/APRL and increase the impact of their gift. By taking advantage of a company's matching gift benefit, you may be able to double or even triple the amount of your contribution!

How do I get my gift matched?

Each company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees, and widows/widowers. Some companies will match gifts to the American Philatelic Research Library but not to the American Philatelic Society. Other companies only match to a small number of selected charities.

Traditionally the procedure involves

Request a Matching Form from your company.

Complete and submit the form to APS along with your gift.

We will confirm the completed form and return it to your company.

A matching gift is then submitted by the company.

Some companies no longer use paper forms and now require completion of an online form. If your employer requires an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (i.e. Federal Tax Identification Number), please use 24-0772797 for the American Philatelic Society and 25-1213435 for the American Philatelic Research Library.
