Club meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month (except in November and December only on the second Wednesday). Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m., although many members arrive by 7:00 p.m. for socializing and buying, selling, or trading stamps with other members.

Meetings feature door prizes, show and tell sessions, drawings for albums, auctions, and a variety of stamp-related programs, presentations, and guest speakers. Visitors are always welcome.
