Booth assignments are currently being made. However, reservations for additional booths will be accepted as long as space remains.

Booth Selection: For priority selection, booth reservations must be received by April 6, 2018. Everyone is invited to attend the show but booth space is limited to APS members in good standing. (Nonmembers may submit booth reservation forms with completed membership applications.) The $100 deposit is fully refundable until May 16, 2018. Booth selection will begin April 6.

Booth Specifications

All single booths are 10' x 10'

Corner booths include: 3 tables, 7 chairs, identification sign, and trash can

Center booths include: 2 tables, 5 chairs, identification sign, and trash can.

Lockable cabinets, electric, telephone/computer connections, booth carpet, and plexiglass are available at additional costs.


Show dealers will be eligible for reduced rate advertising in the June and/or July issues of the American Philatelist as well as a discount on advertising in the show program.
