Dealer Booth Reservation

Booth reservation forms are now being accepted. Booth assignments are done well in advance of the show and priority guidelines are followed - so be sure to submit booth reservation forms by the deadline date of March 31, 2017.

Booth Sharing Information

System for Assignment of Booth Space.

Booth Selection: For priority selection, booth reservations must be received by March 31, 2017. Everyone is invited to attend the show but booth space is limited to APS members in good standing. (Nonmembers may submit booth reservation forms with completed membership applications.) The $100 deposit is fully refundable until May 16, 2017. Booth selection will begin April 1st.

Booth Specifications

All single booths are 10' x 10'

Corner booths include: 3 tables, 7 chairs, identification sign, and trash can

Center booths include: 2 tables, 5 chairs, identification sign, and trash can.

Lockable cabinets, electric, telephone/computer connections, booth carpet, and plexiglass are available at additional costs.


Show dealers will be eligible for reduced rate advertising in the June and/or July issues of the American Philatelist as well as a discount on advertising in the show program.
