Chief Content Officer
The Chief Content Officer will serve as editor for the APS' flagship journal, The American Philatelist, the Society's full-color 100-page monthly publication, and the quarterly Philatelic Literature Review for the Society's sister organization, the American Philatelic Research Library. The Chief Content Officer will lead a staff of four in shaping content across all platforms, working with authors, staff, members, and advertisers to cover a broad range of philatelic topics. Director of Expertizing
The Director of Expertizing manages the operation of the American Philatelic Expertizing Service (APEX), the authentification arm of the Society. The position includes responsibility for vision, leadership, budget development, recruitment of area experts, marketing, supervision of one employee and volunteers, liaison with other expertizing services and the National Postal Museum, and curation of the Society's reference collection of philatelic materials. The Staff Accountant will assist the Chief Administrative Officer with the maintenance of the APS and American Philatelic Research Library accounting systems, including the general ledger, revenue/receivables, and disbursements/payables accounting cycles.
