Supports the operations and strategic priorities of the APRL, including the Digital Library, acquisition, preservation, and access to library materials, as well as APRL-related facilities maintenance and capital improvements at the American Philatelic Center.

Supports employee development, recognition, team-building activities, and workplace improvements.

Young Philatelic Leaders Fellowship Fund
Supports the Young Philatelic Leaders Fellowship program that provides one-year fellowships for philatelists ages 16–24 to develop leadership skills through education, mentorship, and engagement with APS members.
