Genuine stamp: clean, sharp printing, no letters of “Anotacion” or “Centavos” touch each other, vertical background lines complete and present in upper opening of “A” and stars have sharp points. Forged stamp: Whole design seems worn, letters of “Anotacion” or “Centavos” are closer together, with some touching, vertical background lines faint and upper opening of “A” is mostly solid black.
