Frank M. Hoak III
The late Frank M. Hoak III (1937-2018) was a lifetime member of the American Philatelic Society. Raised in Hawaii, Frank was a child survivor of the attack on Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941. Hoak was a retired U.S. Navy Captain (Intelligence) and a past president, director, and contributor for the Universal Ship Cancellation Society.
