The American Philatelic Society's Expertizing Service, APEX is accepting new applications for certificates. Services were suspended in late March, after Governor Tom Wolf's "Safe at Home" order shut down the American Philatelic Center in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.
Submissions will be processed on a first-in-first-out basis. All applications are safely and securely stored.
Outbound mailings are still suspended.

APEX is also taking steps to process Expert Committee returns. Certificate printing and returning to clients is expected to resume in mid-May.

APEX joins the APS StampStore in resuming operations.
StampStore has resumed posting new philatelic material, adding to its average inventory of 350,000 items.

Throughout the closure of APC, members and non-members have been able to continue to shop with StampStore, although shipments continue to be delayed. StampStore's 30-day guarantee starts the day the item(s) are shipped. Seller checks will be sent once full operations are restored.

Circuit sales remain impacted. No new circuits will be sent at this time. Returns are accepted and any late fees are waived through June 1. Circuit sales is now accepting new books from sellers. Seller checks will be sent once full operations are restored.
