I want to thank our amazing team of volunteer judges for their hard work and dedication. The Star Route judges have spent the last two months reading and reviewing dozens of great newsletters and websites. They have also worked tirelessly to provide useful feedback to all of the participants. The Star Route Awards are about more than identifying the best and brightest stars in the philatelic community: They are about growing our hobby and inspiring all our affiliates to produce the best newsletters and websites possible.
I would also like to thank all of the clubs and organizations that submitted newsletters and websites to the competition. It has been inspiring to see all the great things APS affiliates are doing to support and grow their membership. You will be able to see some of the judges’ favorite newsletters and websites online at stamps.org/star-route starting on October 14th 6:00 pm ET. This is a great opportunity to get a sneak peek at the best APS affiliate newsletters and websites from across the country. Who knows, you may just find a new favorite.
