This year, the APS will be hosting the second Summer Seminar Online. After careful consideration and consultation with instructors and members, this is the safest and wisest decision, although not an easy one. We all realize the benefit of bringing together APS members here to Bellefonte and the tremendous learning opportunities for everyone involved. It’s also been a chance for friends to spend time together while sharing the hobby we love.
Even with the last minute adjustments, 2020 had 1,000 registrants and lots of great feedback So there is every indication, with more members comfortable with online meeting platforms, that 2021 will be an event worth attending. We have had ample time to organize courses and work with instructors to make the most of the event.
As always we welcome your thoughts. If you have suggestions or questions about Summer Seminar Online, please contact the Education Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information about the Summer Seminar Online, please visit our website at www.stamps.org/summer-seminar today. Registration will open on May 1st.
