Couldn't make it to the first day of the Great American Stamp Show? Here are a couple highlights!
First Day of Issue Ceremony:
Several APS staff members will give presentations on August 13, including Director of Expertizing Ken Martin (exhibit tour), Director of Education Cathy Brachbill (virtual and on-demand learning tools), and Director of Information Services for the APRL Scott Tiffney (library update).
Don't miss other events at the Great American Stamp show, including the Walt Disney's First Super Star: Mickey Mouse Vol. 1,2 and 3 Booksigning by Ed Bergen "A pictorial retrospective on some of the earliest Mickey Mouse philatelic and ephemera items, many never before seen in Disney books or catalogs!" on August 13 and 14 at 12:00 PM. If you're in the area, make a trip to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center! If not, we will do our best to record the events.
