The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s accounting and financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Business Systems & E-commerce Manager

The Business Systems & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s non-dues revenue growth strategy.  The position sits at the intersection of business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and system design. 

Working closely with the Director of Technology & Innovation, this role will ensure that APS’s revenue-generating platforms, including e-commerce and circuit sales, are designed to meet the needs of collectors, dealers, and the broader philatelic marketplace.  During the development phase of the new systems, this role will be directly responsible for leading stakeholder engagement processes to ensure the new systems will exceed customer expectations and be highly competitive in the larger marketplace.
