Societies and Groups

Aside from the APS, ATA and AFDCS booths which will be located near the show entrance, several specialty societies and other groups will be on hand at the upcoming show. These groups will have various activities from meetings and dinners to having booths on the show floor.

A list of participating groups  will be posted below as they sign up.

Participation in shows can enhance the visibility of APS Affiliates and Chapters.

Ways your group can participate:
  • Staff a Table -  If your group can commit to adequate staffing you may request a table at a discounted rate ($100 per booth and $20 extra for each booth sharing space). Note: Group tables are informational and may sell ONLY their own products (memberships, books, pins or other group specialty items) – stamp sales not permitted.
Society Booths are full at this time, consider contacting a society on the list below to share a booth.

  • Hold a Group Meeting or Host a Seminar - Groups may request rooms for meetings or seminars. Space and basic equipment (LCD Project/Screen) are provided free of charge.
Meeting and Seminar Form (Fillable PDF) - Due April 30, 2025

  • Host an Exhibit Award - To promote their collecting area many groups provide an award for the best exhibit covering their specialty.   See Award Submission Criteria and Form

We'd love to see your group at the Great American Stamp Show!
