Genuine: The perf is 12, also 11 on some. There is a clear white tilde over the first “n” of “CANONERO” and there are three lines of shading in the blank area just above the ship’s bow. Forgery: The perf is 11½. There is no tilde over the first “n” and there is no shading in the blank area above the ship’s bow.
