Paul M. Holland
Dr. Paul M. Holland from Santa Barbara, California, is a long-time specialist collector with a focus on FDR as a stamp collector, postal history aspects of the sometimes amusing covers mailed to FDR, and PMG favor covers of the FDR era. Paul will be presenting on these topics at the 2019 APS Summer Seminar in June. He also maintains a representative worldwide stamp collection from 1840-1945 designed to reflect the “Golden Age of Stamp Collecting.”
