As has been previously announced on the APS website, the library is very excited to welcome back our members and library patrons during this initial phase of re-opening. While the spread of COVID-19 remains a serious issue, the approval of three different vaccines and a decline in positive test cases in Pennsylvania and nationally, we are now beginning an initial phase of re-opening in the APRL and Circuit Sales. Limited to members only, interested visitors must first schedule an appointment by contacting either library@stamps.org or (814) 933-3816.
