As has been previously announced on the APS website, the library is very excited to welcome back our members and library patrons during this initial phase of re-opening. While the spread of COVID-19 remains a serious issue, the approval of three different vaccines and a decline in positive test cases in Pennsylvania and nationally, we are now beginning an initial phase of re-opening in the APRL and Circuit Sales. Limited to members only, interested visitors must first schedule an appointment by contacting either library@stamps.org or (814) 933-3816. Further details and information regarding visitation reservations can be found here. We look forward to serving our library patrons again in person and we thank them for their understanding during this time.
