It is not too late to subscribe to the Philatelic Literature Review and receive the 1st quarter issue of 2022, which is a joint issue with the January Stamp Catalog Special Issue. If you enjoyed discovering the worlds of philatelic catalogs that are at your fingertips, join us in the PLR for the next installment, including a "how-to" guide to using and understanding Stanley Gibbons catalogs.
The PLR, published quarterly and available by subscription, is one of the few journals concentrating on philatelic literature and research. In addition to reporting on recently published books and catalogs, the PLR includes reviews of books, catalogs and research papers. Ongoing features include news from worldwide philatelic libraries, interviews with prominent literature dealers and collectors, seldom-before-seen philatelic resources, notes on the digital literature world and insights on how to conduct original research from the best in the field.
The 1st quarter issue will continue the catalog theme, offering additional resources to those you saw in the January AP issue. Subscribe at stamps.org/library. New PLR subscribers in February will receive all 2022 issues and the 4th quarter 2021 issue.
