France & Colonies Philatelic Society Zoom Meeting Schedule Published

The France and Colonies Philatelic Society has published its lineup of speakers through March 2022.

December 5, 2021 2 PM EDT NOTE SPECIAL DATE	Mick Bister	The Life and Times of the 1f50 Pétain - The1f50 Pétain issue embodies the political, military and social consequences of the Axis Occupation. This presentation of covers and ephemera explores, inter alia, the German and Italian annexations, interzone activity, censorship, POW welfare and youth camps, covert mail and Resistance forgeries and, finally, the Allied invasion and liberation of France.
January 23, 2022 2 PM EDT	Dick Stevens	The Antilles Tercentary Issue of Martinique - Dick has a wonderful collection of unique and interesting material. We are in for a treat as Dick explains the issue and its uses.
February 27, 2022 2 PM EDT	Mike Bass	France and the Holyland - Details to follow.
March 27, 2022 2 PM EDT	Jim Taylor	Félix Éboué 'Heck No' French Colonial Administrator & French Liberation Hero - The remarkable story of how a disadvantanged French Guiana citizen rose to inspire the Free French. There will be more to this than what you see in the January 2022 France & Colonies Philatelist article, so be sure to join us!
