Genuine overprint of this type have numerous constant features-right leg of”M” directly over the “P”, downstroke of “R” directly below “I” of “MAI”, lines under “re” and “t” are level, tail of “G” over downstroke of “1”, “1” has no serif, “0” smaller than “9”, crossbar of “A” is above middle, and  the bottom of the “2” is not level, being higher at the left end.
