Forgeries: There is a conspicuous nick in the right frameline 6 millimeters below the top right corner of the design. The horizontal line under "APA" in the top right tablet is short, generally about 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm, although this varies slightly in the different denominations. Copies are perforated 11.5. Genuine: There is no nick at the point indicated in the right frameline. The horizontal line under "APA" is longer, generally about 1.5 mm. Stamps are perf 12 by 11.5.
