This week we speak with Roy Betts, a second generation U.S. Postal Service employee, who is the Senior Public Relationships Representative in Corporate Communications for the USPS. Roy discusses his family history of working for the USPS, how his career track in journalism led him to his current position, and some of the many responsibilities he has running PR for the USPS, such as managing the announcements for new issue stamps each year.
