Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, the American Philatelic Society has been increasing its communication with our members and stamp collectors around the world!
For instance, we are sending weekly newsletters every Monday, with specific links to news and information about the APS and the hobby.
We've added the May 11 newsletter below, for all to see!
If you are not receiving this newsletter, perhaps you had unsubscribed. Now is a great time to reconsider and resubscribe to APS emails!
Non-members are welcome to subscribe. We hope you will see the great value of APS membership!

The American Philatelic Center reopens for modified operations beginning on Monday May 11, 2020.
The headquarters of the American Philatelic Society and the American Philatelic Research Library has been closed since March 22, 2020.
Employees have been working remotely during the closure period. The APC remains closed to members and visitors.
Read this APS News story about the modified operations.
Watch a recent APS Town Hall with Executive Director Scott English.
The Director of Information and APRL Librarian Scott Tiffney is just the kind of hard working guy you want on your team. Like many of us, Scott has been working from home. Here's a video from his home library!
Scott and the other employees of APS and APRL appreciate your support of the APS Cares fund. Read more about Scott and discover the APS Cares fund.
As you read this month's issue, check out Dr. Lawrence Mead's article "One of My Favorite Stamps: U.S. 2¢ Scott 220."
The AP's Letters to the Editor inbox is already buzzing about the image on the lower left of page 414, addressed to the "Bee Office."
Dr. Mead has produced a great read (ph-unny) you won't want to miss!
You can read digital copy here. Free for all for a limited time!
APS Stamp Chats Continue!
It's always a good time when Heidi fires up an APS Stamp Chat!
Did you catch the one where Kurt Streepy discussed collecting First issues of the world?
