APS/APRL Ramps-Up Operations on May 11, 2020 The American Philatelic Center reopens for modified operations beginning on Monday May 11, 2020. The headquarters of the American Philatelic Society and the American Philatelic Research Library has been closed since March 22, 2020. Employees have been working remotely during the closure period. APS Cares: Scott Tiffney The Director of Information and APRL Librarian Scott Tiffney is just the kind of hard working guy you want on your team. Like many of us, Scott has been working from home.
