The Virtual Stamp Show site is now online. The show, co-hosted by the American Philatelic Society, the American Topical Association and the American First Day Cover Society is scheduled from August 17-22, 2020, with free registration.
Registered users should follow the instructions sent by email to set up your account.
Once logged in, return back to the icon in the upper right hand corner.
Clicking this will show three items: Profile, Events and Messages.
Please add as much information as you would like under Bio, Education and Job History.
You can link your social media accounts to your profile, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and others.
Please add your picture! Clicking the Actions button will instruct you on this feature.
Tracks:
There are six tracks; APS Socials, APS Talks, Clubs/Societies, Dealers, Featured Speakers and Youth. Joining a track will allow you to connect with VSS attendees with similar interests and take part in discussions on those topics.
Conference Schedule:
Every Virtual Stamp Show event will be listed here, by date and time. Events will be added as the Virtual Stamp Show approaches.
Each event has a "Download to your Calendar" link, to build your schedule.
Some speaker sessions will require registration, click this link to sign up with the appropriate virtual platform (Zoom or GoToWebinar).
Speakers:
You will be able to view the Virtual Stamp Show speakers here. Keynote speakers will be unveiled in this section as we lead up to the show launch.
Attendees:
This area will allow you to search for other Virtual Stamp Show attendees, add them as show contacts and send messages to them through the VSS platform.
Exhibits:
This section will not open until the first day of the Virtual Stamp Show on August 17. The APS exhibit on the "Inverted Jenny" is available to view.
Dealers:
This section will not open until the first day of the Virtual Stamp Show on August 17.
