With the news that Dr. Herbart A. Trenchard’s vast and significant collection has made its way to the American Philatelic Research Library (APRL), the task of processing the donation for inclusion into the APRL collection has now begun.
Along with what is considered to be the largest private collection of auction catalogues in the world, the donation will invariably bring some other unique treasures and additions to light for the APRL collection.
Read all about the donation coming to the APRL here and look for future updates on the APS website about the unique items discovered during the processing of the donation.
