The American Philatelic Society along with the Mighty Buck program, sponsors “Young Stamp Collectors of America,” a club for students from elementary to high school to give them collecting experience, and our Education team has also gone out to promote in schools and at youth events. We have also worked with local public television stations to support events like Sesame Street Day. At that event, hundreds of children got to make their own first day cover and mail it to a loved one. Learn more about our outreach here.
Support Mighty Buck and Support Youth Educational Activities
How does the Mighty Buck program work? Pledge $12 — just a dollar a month — to the Mighty Buck Club. As those dollars add up, we turn your invaluable gift into significant programs for the stamp collecting community. To join, pledge to give at least $1 a month for the whole year—that’s just $12 total. But, you don’t have to stop there. $2 per month delivers double the opportunity, as does $3, $4, or $5. Now that you know what this program delivers, we know you see its value.
