The APS is re-opening the American Philatelic Center April 5, 2021. we are accepting scheduled visits by APS members only. Services are reserved to the library and circuit sales in 3-hour blocks. Scheduled visitation hours will be Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 4 pm.
