I’m pleased to announce the promotion of Susanna Mills to Content Manager of the American Philatelic Society. If you read some recent issues of The American Philatelist, Susanna authored some outstanding articles that appeared in November (“Letters from the Genealogy Trunk”) and December (“What’s in a name? #StampButcher and the long history of stamp art”). As Content Manager, Susanna will provide operational oversight of all APS content, including the AP, stamps.org and social media. Previously, Susanna was the Digital Media Strategist of APS. Her tenure has resulted in dramatic increases in blog posts on stamps.org and improved performance of the organization’s social media. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Gettysburg College with a BA (dual major) in English and Globalization Studies.
