A joint event of the APS, the Emirates Philatelic Association, and the Israel Philatelic Federation, The Abraham Accords Philatelic Exhibition 2021 is a tri-national virtual exhibition to promote collaboration between philatelists from the three nations that signed the Abraham Accords in August 2020, which are a joint statement between Israel, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, reached on August 13, 2020. The statement marked the first public normalization of relations between an Arab Country and Israel since that with Egypt in 1979 and Jordan in 1994.
The exhibition takes place from 15th to 30th June 2021. The exhibits are available on the show web site.Exhibits from all three countries include a Court of Honor, competitive Traditional, Postal History, Airmail and Thematic exhibits and non-competitive exhibits of picture postcards. Promoting the collecting and exhibiting of picture postcards, Tim Bartshe, a respected collector, exhibitor, judge and APS member, gave a zoom presentation on exhibiting picture postcards, that took place on Monday, 21st June 2021. The show is supported by The Israeli Philatelic Federation, The Emirates Philatelic Association, The American Philatelic Society, The Society of Israel Philatelists, The Israeli Philatelic Service and The Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (F.I.P).
